Welcome to Twinstiq, the site that now only does the WRUP and a podcast... maybe we'll get a bit more active again next year. After all, I have around 10 articles half finished sitting on my drive.
Anyway, Christmas/Hanukkah/Kwanzaa/… is approaching, so let’s ask an additional question this WRUP:
What games do you wish for this season and if you have kids, what games will you gift them?
Besides that: What are you playing over the weekend?
- Greywolfe (Twitter, YouTube): hearthstone adventures! inca! gateway! police quest 3! world of warcraft raids! because i need my shiny mount fix.
- Scrooloose: Same as last week basically, Just Cause 3, probably nearing the story's end so I want to get that finished up. Fallout 4, and Hard West will also get more time.
- Thomas (Twitter): Like almost every weekend: spending time with my girlfriend. I might get to play some TellTale’s Walking Dead however, since she’s finally giving it a go and is stuck somewhere.
- Trish (Twitch): Been playing rainbow seige and need for speed, got to catch up on alot of gaming!
- Yoda0VGs (Twitter): Been enjoying Battlefront 2 way more than I thought I would, even with all its age. That and some Pillars of Eternity when servers are low in BF2 will be my weekend :)
- Dante: Got my hands on Disgaea 5 so I'll be playing that for a while.
I’ve eased off on the Battlefront so much lately, but I’m still plugging away on Fallout 4. I think I’m around 48 hours played and still not delved too deeply into the main story. The new sheen has worn off a bit, but I still like the mechanics of it, as well as the crafting.
In the last PSN sale I picked up The Order 1886 and I have to say I’m honestly enjoying it. Having only paid $9 for it surely helps that to an extent, but I feel like it got a worse rap than it deserved. Not sure how far I am from the end, but I’m going to put some time into that tonight I think
My Vita has been occupied with Bastion. It feels like such a perfect fit for the little handheld. Probably won’t get to it this weekend, when I’m home the consoles or the PC are where I tend to game.
yep, The Order 1886 really isn’t that bad and since the setting is super cool, i would really love to see a sequel.
I wish for nothing…except free time. Too many games, too little time. I’ve not even gotten to try a single round of the Uncharted 4 beta or R6 Siege. So I’m certainly gunning for a little bit of each. Plus, moar Fallout 4!
