Ultra Street Fighter 4 Launches on PS4

With glitches annoying the hard core crowd, and input lag ruining everyone's fun, it seems like the PS4 launch of Street Fighter 4 is off to a rough start. More after the break!
A while ago, Capcom was quoted, saying "A few of you hardcore Street Fighters out there said that there was minor input lag in the controls of Ultra Street Fighter IV for PS3. Well, don’t worry: we’ve eliminated it to make the PS4 edition the ultimate version on any platform, so it’ll be good to go for all your tournament needs!"Unfortunately, this claim hasn't come to fruition.  There have been other glitches found on the PS4 version, ruining online play for certain tournament level players. There are also sound, visual, PSN, and other bugs that need to be worked out.

Capcom has yet to issue a statement, hopefully these issues will be addressed soon!

Telltale Telling Tales on Gog Galaxy

Hello adventure game fans, I've got some great news! Several Telltale series are coming to Gog.com very soon, and they're going to have Galaxy support. What does all that mean? Which games? Continue past the break to find out.
The Game of Thrones series is already launched on Gog.com, with The Wolf Among Us, Tales From the Borderlands, and The Walking Dead to follow shortly afterward. As in the above image, they're coming with Gog Galaxy support, which means Achievements, tracking of game time (As a reviewer I love this), and optional auto-updates (as a player this makes me very happy). All in all this is a very exciting announcement for adventure game fans, especially those that may be on the fence about buying into the Steam ecosystem. So what do you think of this news? Interesting? Have you already bought and played these games on Steam? Thoughts on Gog Galaxy? Just let us know what's on your mind in the comments section below.

Project CARS WiiU might become Project CARS NX

Are you looking forward to Project CARS? I guess that means you are a WiiU owner, because every other platform already saw it released. Bad news, buddy. Looks like the game might not see a release on the WiiU after all.
According to Slightly Mad Studios boss Ian Bell, the game is currently running at 23ftps/720p on the WiiU. "Honestly, unless we really cut the looks back I think we're looking to Nintendo's next console."

So the NX then? There are 2 issues with that. The first and obvious one: We don’t know squat about the NX, and according to Bell, neither does Slightly Mad. What if it’s a Popcorn making machine? I don’t want to play Project CARS to the sound of pop…pop…popop….…pop.
The second one, also the most pressing one: The game was crowdfunded and the WiiU version was promised during that process. So it’s back to the old crowdfunding discussion.

Bell also mentions that they could make it run at 30fps, but he fears that halfway through them finishing the port, Nintendo might announce a new console. If they could be early to release on it, they would clearly be the best driving sim for a while.

Personally, I don’t see a WiiU port of Project CARS as something worthwhile in the first place. Playing the game with anything other than a racing wheel is far from fun, and the WiiU doesn’t offer one. And at least they don’t just release a half-assed copy like Ubisoft (remember Watch Dogs WiiU?)

No 3D for Dragon Quest VIII 3DS

Well that's a shame. The 3DS version of Dragon Quest VIII will not support one of the system's main features, 3D mode! This has been revealed in the latest issue of Famitsu.
I was eagerly looking forward to seeing those vistas in 3D, on foot and while flying! The cel shaded battles and cutscenes would have looked brilliant. Are you disappointed, or do you think the 3D is all very gimmicky?

PSA: PS4 With PS+, The Last of Us, $399 Today & Tomorrow

Amazon has the PlayStation 4 with The Last of Us and PS+ for a year for $399, only today and tomorrow. If you're not quite sure that there will be a price drop, this might be the best deal unless you want to hit eBay and snag a $350 PS4 until supplies run out.
It's inevitable that the cost for all current systems will go down, but there's no telling when. With Sony's Morpheus dropping in the first half of 2016, we know that Sony will want the biggest market for its peripheral, meaning the PS4 must be in as many homes as possible. There's still reason to hold out hope for a  price drop, but these deals are pretty good too!

Wii U Getting Unity 5

Nintendo's Wii U will be officially supported with the 5th release of the Unity game engine, allowing easier ports to the platform, resulting in a wider variety of games for owners.
Games like Cities: Skylines, Mobius Final Fantasy, Ori and the Blind Forest, Oddworld: New 'n' Tasty!, Hearthstone, and Gone Home were developed using Unity, and now bringing such digital content to the Wii U just got easier. Are there any Unity games you feel would be a good match for the platform?

Nintendo @ E3: What We Know

Deciding to skip a traditional E3 press conference yet again, Nintendo will present a digital show, and have a few demonstrations and playable games on the show floor. Check out what we know about this year's appearance at the showroom.

What Could Be at Sony’s E3 Presentation

Sony's let a lot of first party exclusives slip into next year, hopefully they'll have a few surprises at this year's E3 to keep gamers busy until its other AAA titles come along. We'll examine what we know about the PlayStation E3 2015 experience after the jump!
  • Project Morpheus games could be announced as soon as E3, according to Sony's Shuhei Yoshida: "We haven’t talked about these games yet. We are waiting for the right time. Starting probably at E3, we will start to show the actual games."

  • Assassin's Creed Syndicate, Battleborn, Call of Duty: Black Ops 3, Destiny Expansions, Disney Infinity, Divinity: Original Sin Enhanced Edition, Doom 4, Guitar Hero Live, Hollowpoint, Magic Duels: Origins, Naruto Ultimate Ninja Storm 4, Rock Band 4, and Star Wars Battlefront are PS4 games that are confirmed by IGN to be at E3 in some form.

  • Sony expects for a total of 232 new titles to be in the PlayStation 4 library by the end of the year, and some will be announced and perhaps released during E3. 72 PS3 and 79 Vita titles are also on track for release during the year.

  • No Man's Sky will probably show up. Sony has recently said it wants to treat the title as it would a first party game, and "put the full weight of PlayStation" behind it.
  • A price cut to $350 for the PlayStation 4 and $90 for the PlayStation Vita could be announced.

Is there anything you're wishing to hear about or see at Sony's 2015 E3 conference? Perhaps The Last Guardian, or a new Jumping Flash? Let us know in the comments!
