Much better than the original 16GB external drive limitation, Microsoft is finally increasing the 360's limit to 2TB of space for each external drive, allowing users to store downloaded games and other media on USB storage.
Major Nelson's blog details an upcoming firmware preview that is going out to testers allowing 2TB drives to be used on the Xbox 360.
