Hey there everyone, happy weekend. It's time for a quick WRUP.
If you're one of those who purchased an Intel Arc GPU and found yourself disappointed by performance issues now may be the time to give it another go. Intel has released new drivers that seem to give huge increases in stability and frame times as well as frame rates. And the low cost of entry is hard to argue with as well if you're looking at new GPU's in general. The Arc A750 is just $249 and will handle your 1080p needs pretty nicely and even take you into the 1440p realm with little extra effort. Here's Gamersnexus with a fairly quick overview of the changes.
And I'm sorry to have to end it here, but I'm actually going to be extremely busy today so I need to get shit done here at home before I go. Enjoy your weekend, everyone.
People playing games?
Greywolfe: it's four in february time! the first of my four is an old adventure game called jolly rover. for whatever reason, i could never buy it in my country on any digital platform before, but for some reason, a couple of years back, it just started showing up, so i've given in and got it for myself to try. it is mostly pretty fun. [but there's a couple of off-colour jokes that i'm not a huge fan of.]
AJ: Trailblazers and Gunnail.
Scrooloose: Destiny 2 for me as well as more SnowRunner and I picked up Evil West which feels pretty fun if a little clunky so far.
