A tweet by Phil Spencer confirms that Microsoft's entry into augmented reality will not be a focus at this year's E3.
While stating that the technology has entertainment potential, the primary focus on the product thus far has been as a means for professionals to visualize and collaborate on products and prototypes. It will be interesting to see if the HoloLens will have any Xbox One connectivity at all, as so far the product has only been shown to interface with Windows PCs.
